Hitlers Second-in-command
Heinrich Himmler was the second most powerful man in Germany during WWII. Hitler appointed Himmler to head the security of the entire Nazi Empire. Himmler personally hired over 50,000 men to work in the SS or police force in Germany during the war. The SS eventually became the internal security force for the Nazis and became the "guardians for racial purity." Mr. Himmler was also the man in charge of creating and running centralized and organized concentration camps. Himmler himself created the first concentration camp in Dakar and was very effective at making sure concentration camps worked to their full potential and even made profits of of them where he could.
